No. Gold plating is just that…Gold that’s been electroplated onto some other base metal. As long as the gold is still on it, the bracelet won’t turn your skin green. Once the gold rubs off and exposes the base metal underneath it your skin could discolor depending on what the base metal is made of. You can use clear nail polish to cover/protect the gold plating but if you use too much of it, it will detract from it’s appearance.
