I have the paper work assessment and ask yourself whether there somewhere I can sell it where I would get at least $ 450 or $ 500. Sorry, not interested in selling on eBay. Can best answer about where I was a gold and diamond tennis bracelet for sale with 0 rated at least 60% of its value?

Run an ad in your local paper.
There are several sites reselling jewelry (besides the obvious eBay, Craig’s List, and Amazon.com options). Have you considered “I Do, Now I Don’t,” “Ex-Boyfriend Jewelry,” or “Out of Your Life”? I read about them in an article (link below) called “Where Can I Sell My Engagement Ring?” There were other sites mentioned, too, that focus on buying jewelry (interested in the gold or stones for reuse, not resale).
Empire gold pays really good price for gold and jewelry:

Try Keno Brothers Jewelers: http://www.jewelrybuyersfl.com
These guys have a reputation for buying gold and diamonds for more than the competition. Plus they have decades of experience and are really nice people to work with.
You could shop it with local jewelers. These retailers do buy jewelry and will typically pay anywhere between 15% to 80% of retail. This will require time on your part to find the best price.
If that doesn’t work, try Craigslist.
Local classifieds – Yes, people still read newspapers and most of these folks are older and have MORE MONEY than the younger generation. They may not want it for themselves, but perhaps for their daughter or a relative.
DO AVOID:
Jewelry selling parties
pawnshops
mail-in- jewelry buying businesses
online jewelry buying businesses
These latter four will offer you only 10% to 20% of the true value.
No offense, but I think you are overlooking the fact that eBay is your largest potential market. A basic business tenet is, ‘The greater the potential market, the greater the potential to maximize profits.’
Your greatest potential market is eBay WORLDWIDE, not just the USA.
You could sell it with a reserve price. It’s your call, though.
GOOD LUCK!
Hi,
considering, that jewelers mark up their prices by up to 300% which is the part of the price you will loose when selling second hand, you are expecting too much. Selling to a private person, who is not interested in re-selling for a profit, but want this piece, is your best option. There are several ways of trying to find this private person, they have been mentioned above.
