My friend throws a Sweet 16 party for her daughter and asked for my daughter have come to the party. Kinda like a mini-bride type of thing out of his sweet 16 and not a wedding. So the birthday child is also wearing a gold dress just like my daughter. However, its formal dress, gold and satin. I have the hardest time trying to fit shoes to find! Any suggestions? Oh, and the party is this Friday so its crunch time! Thank you for all the answers. Best answer as to what color shoes would fit a formal gold satin dress for a 4-year-old girl?

I would recommend buying white shoes (you can find at Payless dye-aware) and they die themselves. You can go to a store and Crafts pick out any color for the shoes. You could color them gold or maybe even red or black (both would fit with a gold dress). Or you could get really creative and color them with different color patterns such as red and Gold.Oder they turn a color and glue onto a gold-Satan Bug along the top.

Get some gold sandals at Wal-Mart. Or get a pair of cheap thongs and hot glue gold ribbon to them for your daughter. Other gold things like flowers, beads, etc can also be used to adorn the shoes.
