If fashion is your passion, obsession and many other “ssion”s I can’t think of right now then this article is for you. Fall is like a runway paradise, a season where one can find everything and anything, but what’s so absolutely amazing about this year is the variety of styles it merges. These styles are…African and Indian tribes, British style plaids, Bohemian 70’s, a little bit of the 80’s flavor, and tuxedo inspired tailoring.
African and Indian tribal styles are expressed in dynamic, bold and busy patterns that are mainly in fiery shades of reds, oranges and yellows. The silhouette of this style is very loose and flowing. Its accessories include ethnic cuff bracelets, African pearl jewellery, and statement necklaces. 70’s style includes the new trend of fringed purses as well as laid back layered clothing in colors such as blues, purples and neutral browns. The 80’s contribute to this fall with its pointy toe booties and eye-catching clutches. Also seen on the runway were plaid skirts, coats and pants (though plaid pants are a bit harder to pull off). A big trend seems to be the sharply tailored, tuxedo inspired look which requires some 50’s style paste jewellery and a confident attitude. In daily life you can channel this style by wearing bow-tie shirts, high-waited pencil skirts and tight black and white ensembles.
Fall ’08 is all about experimenting, pairing rough and raw with glam and timeless; let your eccentric and laid-back hippie come out, and indulge in high fashion Chanel-like glamour but remember don’t get too psyched about one particular trend because “like a bus or a boyfriend there’s always another one coming”

I actually really liked it. The only thing i would suggest changing is when you say “and many other “ssion”s I can’t think of right now”. It took me a couple times to understand what you meant. I would recommend saying something like: “And many other “ssion”s not coming to my mind right now…” I think that would be easier to understand the first time through.
