    That is the manufacturer’s logo.

    sounds like the initials of whoever made it, or a manufacturers logo.

    I think its a jeweler’s logo which represents that that product is manufactured by them and you can’t get cheat while buying or selling it. As the “OR” logo is engraved on the products means when you want to sell the product you can go to that jewelers and sell it to them at good rates.
