I have this old gold bracelet but its kinda old and I wanted it to be with my girlfriend for chrismas, it is still to refine it or make it look like new? To make it look Best Answer to the old gold jewelry like new?

    Most local Independent Jewelry stores will gladly polish and deep clean your bracelet for free. That is the best way for it to look new.

    Unless you have some jewelry cleaner, you can make a mild ammonia solution and use a soft toothbrush to clean it followed by a thorough rinse with water.
    Do not use toothpaste as it is an abrasive and will scratch the finish.
